ABOUT - JULIANNE REYNOLDS
Julianne is a portrait photographer and photojournalist. Her creative work spans the world from her photographic journey’s into the villages of India, and travels deep into the African Plateau. Julianne approaches her work as an artist, seeing the lens as a way to tell stories that bring us deeper into the human experience. Her approach is done with such ease and grace, people whom have worked with her, believe they have gone through a transformative experience.
Julianne’s celebrated portrait work can be seen in her most recent book, “Freedom and Feminism”, currently available in kindle and her branding design work is displayed as the cover design for the long awaited book, "Goddess and The Guru", book 1 & 2.

Julianne has photographed some of Hollywood’s top movie directors, such as James Cameron, along with venturing into fashion portraits and magazine work. One of her true passions is working with indigenous tribes, living with them, and capturing the rawness and simplistic beauty of their lives. Most recently, Julianne photographed the Langa Tribes of Northern India, near the Pakistani boarder, and the Maasai tribes of Kenya.
Julianne can be seen with a camera strapped by her side wherever she goes. As a mentor and teacher of the visual arts, Julianne has taught photography in India to orphans, and mentors young students in photography, throughout her photo shoots in the US. Many of her photographic works are held in private collections, and have been used for branding campaigns.

Julianne’s photographic works have appeared in Yoga Journal, Whole Life Times, Flavorpill, and Common Ground Magazine, CSQ Quarterly, Tathaastu Magazine, Yoga International, Yoga Journal Australia, Ojai Foundation Quarterly and South China Morning Post, and featured in the recently published book series, “Goddess and the Guru, based on the work of, nuclear physicist turned master of Sri Vidya, Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati of Devipuram, India. The Book “Freedom and Feminism” is a collection of her portraits of women of leadership from around the country. Her photographic works have been exhibited in the US and India.
