........
I find myself wondering why am I going to India and its more than just the yoga, its the mystery of this world, the auspiciousness of being alive.
India has a way of calling you to come. I listened and am ready to follow with unvarnished eyes and offerings of peace.
.........
I keep repeating the words, "thank you" between the in take and out take of breath.
My Indian friend Raza tells me, that its the space in between the in and take out of breath where the shakti is.
There are many meanings of Shakti, but the one that holds true to me is spirit or soul.
According to the Tantric texts, the final union with Shakti occurs at the moment of death.
........

She was both the individual and the cosmic goddess absorbing the body and soul of the dying sage into herself, an experience of unsurpassable bliss on his part.
The possession of her, the cosmic Shakti, the living embodiment of the principle of beauty and youth eternal, is the ultimate quest, the very highest prize."
........
There is nothing more magical than being alive and being on a path of peace.
While traveling through India, I hope to discover more the unexpected and to fill my body, mind and soul with life and weep over how beautiful this Moth Earth is. That is Yoga.

Namaste,

Julianne
