Achieving a comfort zone with people, which is her true gift as a filmmaker, Julianne’s main objective as a documentary filmmaker is to capture the true essence of a persons journey in life either through art, history, economic issues or social human events. Julianne has worked for ABC Sports and several indie film companies. Recently she worked on the documentary Laszlo & Vilmos and will be traveling to Morroco this summer to film “Sacred Drumming Rituals of the World”. This documentary hopes to educate people on women musicians and to strengthen their rights in countries of Egypt, Turkey and India. Currently, she lives in Topanga, California and works as a producer and yoga instructor.

Origin of the name “Romanski”. The name Romanski is inherited from Julianne’s grandfather, Stanley Romanski, a butcher from Hobokin, New Jersey. Julianne’s father and uncle went to NYU law school and upon graduation in the 1960’s changed Romanski to Reynolds, to Americanize it. Keeping to her polish roots, Julianne has embarked on her past and honoring the name Romanski within her film career.
